Don't blame the peanut or the lactose.

Peanut allergies may not be at all the peanuts fault per se.  Same goes for lactose.  Let me explain.  Peanuts are typically rotated with cotton crops.  They are used to pull the pesticides out of the soil.  You may in fact not be allergic to peanuts as much as the toxins they pull out of the soil.  Don't blame the peanut.

In the same vein, I am convinced there is no such thing as lactose intolerance as it is understood today.  Any mother knows that whatever goes into their body ends up in breast milk.  Even stress affects breast milk.  So I ask you, do you realize that there are enormous amounts of chemicals and hormones pumped into dairy cows?  Not to mention that the chronic wounds from the continuous milking may contain scabs and pus.  Not only is this cruel but it is unfair to blame milk.  Milk is one of the most beautiful whole foods ever created by nature.  Don't blame the lactose.

Furthermore, no mammal should be lactose intolerant.  Am I right?  I have won many bets when I take organic raw milk, warm it up and have people who believe they are lactose intolerant drink it with no problem.  If you are still scared to try it because of the digestive repercussions of this experiment, try it with only a 1/4 cup of milk and a pinch of turmeric powder for good measure. Yes warm up the milk.  Don't like warm milk? Read this next.
