Low pressure and solo friendly if you’re looking to meet new friends. Come authentic, come ready to enjoy yourself. Flow through a curated vinyasa yoga session with GloFlow, Sound Healing, Swedish and Thai Massages. Enjoy good food, curated adaptogen fueled drinks from one of our Sponsors, listen to good music and surprise vendors! Light bites will be available with your ticket.This is a space for those leaning into wellness to come chill and kick it. Feel free to roam around the venue and relax. GloFlow is all about building community and connecting likeminded people. Join us to hangout, get in flow and celebrate summer. Come kick it!
