+ How are your products shipped?
We ship with USPS. Shipping is FREE for purchases $175+.
+ How do I get my products through In-Store Pickup?
We will contact you to coordinate a pickup location and time that will work for you. DKG Members within a 10-mile radius of Zip Code 90504 have an option to receive their products through a courier.
+ I cannot find a product that I used to purchase in your clinic. Could you please help me find it on your website?
We are so sorry that you cannot find your favorite product on the website. We have a few items in stock that have not been uploaded to the website. We will do our best to assist you when you contact us by phone/text at (310) 701-6423 or email us at ChineezSecretsOffice@gmail.com with your request.
+ You are out of stock of an item. What do I do?

+ How many teaspoons do the spoons in the Large herb bottles hold?
The spoons included in the Large herb bottles hold 1/2 teaspoon.
+ What size are the capsules and how much do they hold?
The capsules we use to make our in-house capsules are vegetarian size 00 capsules, and they generally hold a little less than 0.5 grams of herbs in them. Note that 0.5 grams is about 1/4 of a teaspoon.
The encapsulated herbs that we purchase from our supplier are size 0 capsules made from bovine/cow and porcine/pig. They hold about 0.5 grams of herbs each. Note that 0.5 grams is about 1/4 of a teaspoon.
+ Why does the same herb/formula look different from bottle to bottle?
The herbs are natural products, and like everything natural, there will be variations. For example, the same species of apples (i.e., Granny Smith) you find in the store will look, smell, and taste different from one apple to another. They will not be exactly the same. Like apples, herbs are the same; there will be variations in look, smell, and taste from lot to lot.
+ Why is the granule herb bottle and/or the powder jar I received only half full?
Herbs and powders are sold by weight, not by volume. Some settling may occur during shipping and handling.
Our granule herb bottles contain 30g, 60g, or 100g of herbs. Our powder jars have 50g or 100g of powder. Herbs and powders have different density (ex,. minerals are heavier and leaves are lighter), so the volume of each herb/powder varies, resulting in some bottles being full to the top while others are only half full.
+ How do I store Chineez Secrets products?
Keep your herbs and powders in a cool, dry place.
Masako's Youth Blossom can be kept in the refrigerator for an extra refreshing pick-me-up.
+ How do I order my personal herbal prescription refill?
If you still have your bottle, simply enter the date and name of the herbal formula and we will try to find it in our records. If it has been some time since you've come for a check up, we may need to retake your pulse and adjust your herbal formula. If you have taken the pulse diagnosis class or know someone who has, please have them read your pulse and report it to us.
