tuition & student credit policy

We will send you an email invoice for tuition seven (7) days before the tuition is due.

After your payment has been received, your student credit can be applied toward purchases of in-house products and services. Your student credit for the month expires at the end of the month. For online purchases, please submit a request in the Notes and we will issue a price adjustment to your method of payment after the transaction has been completed.

Restrictions: Student credit does not roll over. Student credit cannot be applied toward sales tax, shipping, gift certificates, tuition, and prior purchases. Portions of purchases paid with student credit are not eligible for any discounts. Discounts may be applied toward the remaining balance of a purchase.
