COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:

In our Ayurveda classes, you’ll get specific holistic health solutions that are tailored to your unique life circumstances. Tendon Stretching, Qi Gong or “Ba Duan Jin” (pronounced “bah do-wan gin”), is a set of 8 exercises to stretch the tendons and maintain the health of the internal organs. If you want to practice a simple routine that you can do for the rest of your life, develop strength and flexibility in your body, and enhance your longevity, give Tendon Stretching a try.

Pranayama/Breathwork is the science of using the breath to attain and maintain a healthy mind and body. Our classes will teach you breathing techniques that can help you to develop a lasting state of mental calmness, keep your internal organs healthy, and regulate other bodily functions such as heart rate. Tai Chi is a holistic internal art that can help you develop coordination, balance, and strength that was designed by highly skilled masters of the mind and body. With the skill of Tai Chi, you can walk through life free from the fear of falling or being weak in your golden years.  You may actually get stronger as you get older when you practice Tai Chi.

Floor Stretching, or Dao Yin class takes you through a set of gentle movements that are designed to nurture your body and relax your mind. All of the exercises in this class are done seated or lying down, making this class very helpful for anyone who needs to move their body without straining themselves.  If you’re looking for a peaceful environment to rejuvenate your mind and body, sign up for our Yoga Asana class.

CLASS PRICES:

Classes are $80/month. Tuition is due on the first of each month. This price gives you access to unlimited classes during the month. For example, paying $80 on August 1st gives you access to unlimited classes for the month of August.

Individual (drop-in) classes are $20/each.
