Here's Why Small Health Details REALLY Matter

Today’s story is about the IMPORTANCE of not leaving out small details when it comes to your health.

Dr. Shozuya, the founder of Chineez Secrets, had a mentor whose patient had chronic skin problems. This poor patient had gone to every skin specialist he could find, and not ONE of them could help him. Even Dr. Shozuya’s mentor was having a hard time figuring out what to do for this guy.

Now, the patient wasn’t withholding any important info ON PURPOSE. He was very diligent in reporting the foods he ate... But he never reported what he drank. One day, Dr. Shozuya’s mentor told the patient, “well, I know you don’t drink milk,” and the patient responded, “Yeah, I drink milk! I drink milk with every meal!”

Dr. Shozuya’s mentor was like, “THAT’S IT!” This patient was drinking milk with every meal… including his fish meals. Now, If you know a little Ayurveda, you might know that MILK AND FISH ARE INCOMPATIBLE FOODS. Consuming the two together causes SKIN PROBLEMS.

The takeaway - If someone is helping you with your health, tell them the full story. YOU might think that certain details (like drinks) are insignificant... but as this story shows, sometimes those small details make a HUGE difference.

And that’s today’s story. If you want to learn more about incompatible foods and what you should and should not eat together, sign up for one of our Ayurveda classes. To sign up, call or text (310) 701-6423. Click here for a class schedule.
