We May NEVER Have to Buy This Vegetable Again

Our chard plant went to seed! In the video below, you’ll watch us harvest the chard seeds that we had in our backyard. All we had to do to harvest the seeds was pull them off of the chard tendrils and drop them into a metal tray. Dr. Shozuya estimates that this batch gave us about 1,000 seeds! That’s only from one plant!
